Package: $170,000 – $215,000 + 11.5% Super
Employment: FIFO / Residential 7/7 Roster
Experience: Senior / Lead Specialist
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Execute production tasks in alignment with the production schedule and operational priorities.
- Proactively identify, report, and address hazards to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure product quality and compliance with production specifications to meet customer requirements.
- Embrace training opportunities across all equipment and plant areas to support operational flexibility.
- Participate in field leadership activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive and respectful team culture, working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Technical Competencies & Core Skills
Core Tools, Frameworks & Standards:
Required Qualifications & Background
- Experience working in a similar role with exposure to Smelting or Acid Plant/Feed Preparation operations (desirable)
- Current South Australian C Class driver’s licence (required)
- Forklift licence, CB Bridge & Gantry Crane and DG Dogging licences (desirable)
- A strong understanding of workplace safety practices, including hazard identification and risk management
- Ability to work autonomously, or as part of a team
- A proactive and motivated approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Competitive remuneration package ($170,000 – $215,000 base + 11.5% statutory superannuation).
