Toll Group is recruiting a visionary Senior Supply Chain Sustainability & Decarbonization Manager based in North Sydney. You will spearhead our roadmap to net-zero logistics emissions, evaluating hydrogen and electric heavy prime movers, rooftop solar microgrids across warehouse networks, and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) airline partnerships.

As a key member of the team at Toll Group in Sydney, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Develop and: Develop and execute Toll Group’s global decarbonization roadmap and Science-Based Targets (SBTi).
• Calculate freight: Calculate freight carbon footprints conforming to the Global Logistics Emissions Council (GLEC) Framework.
• Lead business: Lead business case evaluations and infrastructure deployment for megawatt commercial fleet charging stations.
• Collaborate with: Collaborate with enterprise clients (Apple, Nike, BHP) on bespoke low-carbon green shipping solutions.
• Oversee circular: Oversee circular logistics packaging initiatives eliminating single-use plastics across warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Toll Group, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or Supply Chain Management.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years experience driving sustainability or decarbonization programs in transport, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Deep comprehension of GHG Protocol, GLEC framework, and National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER).
• Strong strategic influence with C-suite executives and commercial clients.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$145,000 – AU$180,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Remuneration $145,000 – $180,000 + 11.5% super + performance incentives.
