Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

  • Spearhead ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll, and various related services, to our employees across Australia and New Zealand.
  • With your payroll expertise, you will provide accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
  • Leverage specialized your strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve employee queries and establish working relationships with key People & Culture stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrable in-house payroll expertise (1 – 5 years’ experience) in a similar role within a fast-paced, high performance environment.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.
  • Experience with HR, SAP and/or PeopleSoft preferred.
  • Communication, analytical and organisational skills.
  • A focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team across multiple locations.
