Accor is recruiting a General Manager in Brisbane to lead a luxury 180-room boutique hotel and rooftop restaurant.

Accor Australia is seeking an accomplished General Manager to direct operations, commercial growth, and brand prestige for a luxury boutique hotel in Brisbane CBD.

As a key member of the team at Accor Australia in Brisbane, QLD, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Lead full: Lead full hotel P&L operations, room revenue management (RevPAR), and GOP targets.
• Inspire hotel: Inspire hotel teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage.
• Foster relationships: Foster relationships with corporate clients, tourism boards, and luxury travel agencies.
• Maintain top-tier: Maintain top-tier guest satisfaction ratings and Forbes / AAA hotel standards.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Accor Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in International Hospitality Management or Business.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Proven track record (5+ years) as General Manager or Hotel Manager in luxury or boutique hotels.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to maximize hotel yields and revenue.
• Visionary leadership style with strong guest engagement philosophy.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$140,000 – AU$175,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Executive package $140,000 – $175,000 + short-term performance bonus + super.
