QT Gold Coast is recruiting an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our rooms presentation department. In this vital operational role, you will maintain pristine standards across 297 vibrant designer guest rooms, private suites, and coastal villas, managing a housekeeping team of over 70 dedicated professionals.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Maintain exceptional: Maintain exceptional cleanliness standards conforming to QT luxury brand specifications.
• Manage daily: Manage daily room release schedules, turndown services, and public area presentation.
• Control housekeeping: Control housekeeping operational budgets, linen procurement, and amenities inventories.
• Lead chemical: Lead chemical safety training and ergonomic manual handling practices compliant with WHS regulations.
• Inspire and: Inspire and mentor room attendants, housepersons, and floor supervisors.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at EVT Limited (QT Hotels), candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Diploma in Hospitality Operations or extensive luxury hotel housekeeping management.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Proven experience (4+ years) as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 4/5-star hotel.
• High proficiency with hotel property management systems (Opera / HotSOS).
• Meticulous eye for detail and uncompromising standards of hygiene and styling.
• Strong bilingual leadership skills managing culturally diverse teams.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$95,000 – AU$120,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary $95,000 – $120,000 + 11.5% super + performance incentives.
