About the Role

Partner with site operational teams to uphold CPB Contractors’ zero-harm safety culture on a high-risk civil engineering construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement critical risk management protocols for heavy earthmoving, cranes, and underground services.
• Conduct ICAM incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive controls.
• Coach site frontline supervisors on behavioural safety observations and toolbox sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in OHS/WHS with 5+ years safety advisory experience on heavy civil infrastructure.
