Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Support the delivery and implementation of quality plans, procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and templates in line with project and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the deployment and governance of the project Quality Management System across delivery teams and supply chain partners
- Carry out internal audits, supporting audit planning, reporting and close‑out of corrective actions
- Undertake site inspections and surveillance to verify works comply with specifications, drawings, method statements and ITPs
- Review and maintain inspection records, material traceability and quality documentation in line with project requirements
- Support non‑conformance management, including investigation, corrective actions and verification of close‑out
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality performance reporting and trend analysis
- Support readiness reviews, handover activities and external audits including ISO 9001 and regulatory assurance
- Degree qualified in Engineering or Science, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience working on construction or major infrastructure projects
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Degree or HND/HNC in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering.
- Demonstrable site engineering experience on major civil infrastructure, high-rise buildings, rail, or energy projects.
- Proficient with robotic total stations, GPS/GNSS setting-out instrumentation, and CAD software.
- Valid CSCS card (Engineering / Supervisor), SMSTS or SSSTS, and Safety Critical Medical certificate.
- Strong technical problem-solving capabilities, clear communication, and leadership potential.
