Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Drive digital construction technologies, BIM coordination, data analytics, and enterprise systems integration.
- Develop detailed 3D/4D digital models, clash detection reports, and CAD drawings supporting DfMA and site assembly.
- Manage business system architectures, cyber security governance, access permissions, and ERP workflow optimizations.
- Support project teams with asset data integration, automated reporting dashboards (Power BI), and software administration.
- Train and mentor site and office personnel on digital tools, mobile inspection apps, and digital twin workflows.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Degree or HND in Digital Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Civil/Building Engineering.
- Proficiency in industry digital tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Power BI, SAP, Oracle Unifier, or Cyber Security frameworks).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and understanding of construction/manufacturing workflows.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM protocols or relevant ITIL / Cyber Essentials / CISSP standards.
- Valid CSCS card (for site-based digital engineers) and proactive communication skills.
