Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Partner directly with the Head of Portfolio Management to manage the Corporate & Institutional Banking (Real Estate) lending portfolio, monitoring existing exposures and contributing to portfolio-level risk management activities that align with internal risk profiles.
- This will include ongoing credit analysis and financial modelling to identify, understand and mitigate key credit risks across the client portfolio.

- An in-depth understanding of real estate finance, including an understanding of complex business structures.
- Analytical and financial modelling skills with demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights to support decision making.
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively manage and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to identify changing priorities and solve qualitative and quantitative problems as they arise.
