Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Support the day-to-day governance and administration of US entities and investment structures with a focus on our wealth initiatives.
- Execute and drive prepare governance documentation, maintain entity records, coordinate approvals and signatures, and support regulatory and operational requirements.
- Additionally work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to help ensure governance activities are delivered accurately and on time.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years’ of experience in corporate governance, entity management, paralegal, legal, or related professional services environments.
- Hands on experience managing governance processes, including minute books, written consents, resolutions, officer and director updates, and document execution.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of risk, controls, compliance requirements, and governance practices within a regulated organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with electronic signature tools, entity management platforms, or a willingness to use new technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
