Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders across different products and services.
- Oversee and administer sensitive or escalated matters raised with AFCA, Regulatory Notices and Investigations and fraud related issues, as well as formal litigated proceedings.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Up to 10 years’ PQE litigation, regulatory investigations or dispute resolution experience in private practice (or combination of private practice and in house experience).
- Exposure working in the banking industry including advising in relation to litigation and investigations, regulatory issues, audit, breach reporting and incidents.
- Ability to engage and build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholder across the whole ecosystem.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment with a strict attention to detail.
- Risk management awareness and commercial approach.
