Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- As part of our Global Reward Advisory team, you'll partner with businesses across the firm to shape reward outcomes, deliver data-driven insights and support the people decisions that enable our businesses to grow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to you will help shape reward outcomes that influence how we attract, retain and reward talent across the firm.
- You'll partner on complex business challenges, provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our reward frameworks and support business growth.
- Leveraging remuneration data, market intelligence and commercial judgement, you'll identify trends, develop actionable insights and help inform decisions that impact employees across our global organisation.
- You'll contribute to the evolution of our reward frameworks, drive continuous improvement and participate in initiatives that support business growth, organisational change and the evolving needs of our workforce.
- Along the way, you'll build expertise at the intersection of people, data and business performance while working alongside experienced Reward professionals, gaining exposure to meaningful work, complex challenges and long-term career opportunities across the firm.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Experience in reward, remuneration, human resources, finance, consulting, analytics or a related discipline.
- Analytical and data skills, with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
- A curious mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- The ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of broader business objectives.
- A collaborative approach and desire to learn, grow and contribute in a dynamic global environment.
