Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

• Deliver precision engineering setting-out, dimensional control, and technical supervision for reinforced concrete, steelwork, and civil works.
• Review and interpret structural blueprints, specifications, method statements (RAMS), and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage site quality records, concrete cube registers, pre-pour inspection checklists, and technical queries (RFIs).
• Supervise site supervisors, subcontractors, and plant operatives to maintain rigorous safety, environmental, and program targets.
• Support construction methodology planning, temporary works coordination, and progressive engineering handover.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

• Degree or HND/HNC in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering.
• Demonstrable site engineering experience on major civil infrastructure, high-rise buildings, rail, or energy projects.
• Proficient with robotic total stations, GPS/GNSS setting-out instrumentation, and CAD software.
• Valid CSCS card (Engineering / Supervisor), SMSTS or SSSTS, and Safety Critical Medical certificate.
• Strong technical problem-solving capabilities, clear communication, and leadership potential.
