Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Fabricate, erect, and strip specialized timber and system formwork (e.g. Peri, Doka) for reinforced concrete structures.
- Install architectural joinery, door sets, hoarding, temporary staircases, and timber roof/decking structures.
- Interpret architectural blueprints and formwork layouts to achieve millimetre-accurate tolerances.
- Apply release agents, install stop-ends, grout seals, and prepare surfaces for clean architectural concrete finishes.
- Safely handle woodworking machinery, circular saws, and pneumatic tools on active site floors.

- Valid CSCS Card for Carpentry / Formwork (NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds Advanced Craft).
- Substantial experience in shuttering carpentry or high-end site joinery on major construction schemes.
- Proficient in reading setting-out dimensions and timber detail drawings.
