Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Project Engineer to join our major infrastructure delivery team in Sydney. In this key leadership role, you will oversee construction staging, civil earthworks, drainage, and concrete structures on a landmark Australian transport project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site civil construction activities ensuring strict compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant operators, and site engineers across daily delivery schedules.
• Review technical engineering specifications, constructability drawings, and digital models.
• Track project procurement, cost forecasting, and progress claims against key project milestones.
• Liaise effectively with client representatives, transport authorities, and major stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent accredited qualification.
• 5+ years of demonstrable civil infrastructure delivery experience in Australia (roads, bridges, or tunnels).
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, RMS / TfNSW specifications, and heavy civil safety protocols.
• Valid White Card and Australian driver’s licence.
