Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

As the BIM Infrastructure Coordinator – Civil 3D at CPB Contractors, your primary operational responsibilities and strategic deliverables will include:

• Strategic Execution: Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational priorities, ensuring service delivery aligns with organizational benchmarks and quality KPIs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, establishing productive and trusting working relationships.
• Quality & Standards: Analyze operational workflows, implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Manage departmental documentation, inventory, reporting, and operational records in compliance with Australian privacy laws.
• Reporting & Compliance: Resolve escalations, complex customer inquiries, and operational hurdles with professional composure and commercial tact.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally across management, front-line staff, and suppliers to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.

Remuneration Package, Workplace Benefits & Culture

CPB Contractors believes in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. In addition to a highly competitive remuneration package of AU$110,000 – AU$135,000 per annum + 11.5% statutory Superannuation, the successful applicant will enjoy:
