Robert Half Sydney is seeking a proven leader to step into the role of Talent Solutions Director for our Technology and Digital division.

As a key member of the team at Robert Half Australia in Sydney, NSW, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Lead a: Lead a high-performing team of tech recruitment consultants delivering contract and permanent staffing solutions.
• Drive major: Drive major business development initiatives with ASX 200 companies and tech startups.
• Provide strategic: Provide strategic talent advisory and labor market insights to client CIOs and CTOs.
• Manage team: Manage team revenue targets, consultant coaching, and recruitment metrics.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Robert Half Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, or Marketing.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Minimum 5 years technology recruitment experience with demonstrated management leadership.
• Exceptional track record of billings and client relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian technology recruitment trends and market rates.

At Robert Half Australia, we understand that our people drive our achievements. An outstanding remuneration and wellbeing package is provided in line with Australian benchmarks:

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$140,000 – AU$180,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Remuneration $140,000 – $180,000 + lucrative quarterly bonuses + super.
• Premier Sydney office at Governor Phillip Tower, 1 Farrer Place.

• Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave (with 17.5% annual leave loading where applicable) plus 10 days paid personal/carer’s leave.
