AMP Advice is appointing a Senior Financial Planner in Adelaide to deliver holistic wealth advisory and retirement strategies for high-net-worth clients.

AMP Advice Adelaide is seeking an ethical and client-centric Senior Financial Planner to provide personalized wealth accumulation and retirement advice.

As a key member of the team at AMP in Adelaide, SA, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Conduct comprehensive: Conduct comprehensive discovery meetings to determine clients’ financial aspirations and risk profiles.
• Formulate tailored: Formulate tailored Statements of Advice (SoA) covering superannuation, wealth investments, and SMSFs.
• Execute investment: Execute investment portfolio reviews and rebalancing strategies.
• Ensure full: Ensure full regulatory compliance with Corporations Act and Best Interests Duty.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at AMP, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Financial Planning & FASEA / Quality of Advice Exam Passed.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Approved FASEA / Treasury financial planning degree qualification.
• Passed the Australian Financial Adviser Exam.
• Minimum 5 years experience delivering holistic financial advice with proven client relationship skills.

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$120,000 – AU$150,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive salary $120,000 – $150,000 + uncapped client advisory incentives + super.
• Established client book with strong existing referral channels.
• Comprehensive compliance and paraplanning support teams.
• Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks annual leave (with 17.5% annual leave loading where applicable) plus 10 days paid personal/carer’s leave.
