Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to manage critical incidents, deliver strategic initiatives, and drive innovation.
- Lead and steer local Workspace and Application Engineers to manage and evolve the Windows environment using Entra ID-joined devices and modern endpoint management practices.
- In doing so, you will ensure a secure, scalable, and seamless end user experience while helping shape the bank’s future technology landscape.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Experience in desktop engineering, including team leadership in a regulated enterprise environment.
- Security‑first mindset with the ability to operate in complex, highly governed settings.
- Advanced troubleshooting expertise across Windows endpoint platforms.
- Deep hands‑on knowledge of Windows endpoints, Config Manager, Group Policy, Intune, application packaging, and the Microsoft security stack.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, with experience in C#, .NET, and modern endpoint management and cloud integration concepts.
