Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- We are seeking a Vulnerability Management Specialist to join our Cyber Security Team.
- Be the connective tissue between raw vulnerability data and actionable, business-contextualized risk decisions.
- Execute and drive research, triage, and quantify vulnerabilities across our diverse technology estate, from container images to language-specific application dependencies and provide sharp, defensible advice on real-world exploitability in the context of our enterprise defenses and compensating controls.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Experience in vulnerability management, application security, or product security, with hands-on CVE triage across multiple ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of application dependency management across Java, npm, Go, and Python, including how vulnerabilities propagate through transitive dependencies.
- Understanding of software frameworks, Kubernetes, and containerization (image layering, registries, runtime security).
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and embedding security controls within them.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and GHAS (Dependabot, CodeQL/code scanning, secret scanning) or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills: able to translate technical vulnerability detail into risk language that engineers, product owners, and leadership can act on.
