Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

  • Deliver high-impact support to many different businesses across the group.
  • This role will encompass resolving software and hardware issues, troubleshooting and investigations with other teams, researching for answers to issues, projects and any initiatives that you can see will change the environment for our team or for other areas within the bank.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

  • Experience in providing desktop support to end users in the Windows and IOS operating system environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
  • Knowledge of Python for automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Competent in Active Directory administration.
  • Diligent with the ability to adhere to security, regulatory and compliance processes.
  • Familiar with SCCM and Intune endpoint management.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and business insights using Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SysTrack for endpoint analytics, performance monitoring, and end-user experience management.
  • Ability to leverage modern tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and user outcomes.
