Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

- Execute and drive deliver a customer focused service experience and provide training and education on the firm's Technology platforms.
- Working with global teams, you will own technology problems and requests to deliver positive outcomes for the business.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, motivated and enjoys solving problems and engaging with customers.
- A passion for Technology, with curiosity and a pro-active mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies (Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, InTune, Office 365), and the ability to support and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience working with or supporting Video Conference / Audio Visual technologies would be an advantage.
