Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Actively advance and support the design, development and delivery of developer platforms and tools that improve engineering productivity and development workflows.
- Execute and drive work across the full software development lifecycle, helping to build, test, deploy and support high-quality software while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Additionally help evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled development capabilities to create value for our developers.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Hands-on software development experience with Go, Java and TypeScript.
- Experience building and supporting backend systems, platforms or developer tooling.
- Experience developing, testing and operating developer tools, integrated development environment extensions or engineering productivity solutions.
- Experience contributing to system design discussions, with an understanding of scalability, performance and maintainability.
- Collaboration, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with an interest in AI-enabled development tools and modern software engineering practices.
