Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
In this capacity, your daily priorities and core technical contributions will center on the following key operational deliverables:
- Design, implement, test, and operate production-quality components across AI frameworks, runtimes, benchmarking systems, performance tooling, and service integrations.
- Benchmark, profile, debug, and optimize large language model training and inference workloads across GPUs and Microsoft hardware.
- Build automation and observability that detect regressions, improve reproducibility, surface actionable insights, and accelerate model and hardware onboarding.
- Drive scoped projects from problem definition through deployment, balancing delivery speed, maintainability, reliability, and measurable customer or capacity impact.
- Partner with researchers, model teams, infrastructure owners, and hardware vendors to diagnose cross-stack issues and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to technical design reviews, engineering standards, operational health, and mentoring of other engineers.

- Maintain rigorous code quality, comprehensive automated test coverage, and security compliance throughout all phases of software delivery.

Candidate Profile & Experience Requirements

- Professional Background: Minimum of 10 years (120 months) of verified experience directly relevant to software engineering or related technical specializations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of verified professional experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise technology operations.
- Proven technical problem-solving capabilities, cross-team collaboration skills, and expertise with modern distributed systems or enterprise frameworks.
