Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Support Agile delivery across product and platform teams, helping teams deliver value efficiently and consistently.
- Execute and drive facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery blockers and help manage risks, dependencies and commitments across stakeholders.
- Execute and drive have the opportunity to coach teams on Agile practices, support planning activities and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, working closely with Product Owners and engineering teams.
- Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit.
- Experience applying Agile delivery practices and supporting Agile ways of working and experience delivering complex projects across multiple teams and global locations.
- Facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams in the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges and forecasting activities to support successful outcomes.
