- Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years (24 months) of verified experience directly relevant to talent acquisition or related technical specializations.
- Maintains current documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate staffing or tracking system, within compliance guidelines (e.g., Office of Federal Compliance Programs, General Data Protection Regulation). Captures relevant data in recruiting platform and leverages data to inform meaningful insights.
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR Master’s Degree AND 3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR equivalent experience.

- Technical Competence: Demonstrated mastery of programming environments, distributed systems, modern cloud infrastructure, or specialized analytical methodologies relevant to the domain.

- Legally Disclosed Base Salary Range: USD $70,500 – USD $139,700 per annum across typical US geographic zones (regional geographic differentials apply for high-cost zones such as the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan areas).
