Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Lead and steer the Architecture team across People & Engagement technology, working with large, diverse teams of engineers and leaders.
- Alongside the Head of Engineering, you will shape technical direction and partner with business stakeholders to solve complex problems.
- Your work helps ensure our People & Engagement systems are robust, well designed and deliver a strong user experience.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ of Domain architecture experience in the People & Engagement (Human Resources) domain.
- Experience in designing solutions at an Enterprise level, including building cloud-native, full stack solutions.
- Experience working with engineering teams, including engineers, lead engineers and engineering managers.
- Knowledge of designing and building AI and API-first services with a focus on scale, reusability, security and reliability.
- Experience working in agile environments with modern engineering practices such as automated testing and continuous delivery.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to partner closely with business and technical stakeholders across different locations.
