Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Develop, enhance and support trade capture and risk management systems used by our trading teams.
- Partner directly with traders and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver high-quality software solutions and support ongoing business growth.
- Actively advance and support agile ways of working and partner with colleagues across technology and the business.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ of experience in .NET, C#, WinForms and WPF development.
- Experience developing desktop applications using .NET Framework and DevExpress.
- Experience with Docker and GitHub development practices.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude to support software delivery.
- Software design, testing, debugging and support skills.
- Experience delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in financial markets and a proactive approach to learning.
