Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our front-office and client-facing technology platform.
• Working across clients, Sales, Trading, Stock Borrow & Lending, Operations, Risk, and Technology, you will identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance the client experience, and drive operational efficiency across the business.
• Execute and drive engage directly with hedge fund and institutional clients to understand business requirements, pain points, and emerging industry trends.
• Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and technology teams, you will translate complex business challenges into clear product outcomes and deliver scalable solutions across the synthetic prime brokerage lifecycle, including equity swaps, hedge execution, inventory management, financing, stock borrow and loan, post-trade processing, lifecycle management, and client reporting.
• Execute and drive define target operating models, drive product development from concept through implementation and adoption, and ensure solutions are aligned with the broader strategic vision.
• Reporting to the Global Head of the business, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America to support the continued evolution of the platform in line with changing client needs, market structure, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute and drive assess opportunities based on client demand, commercial impact, and delivery considerations, while measuring success through client adoption, platform performance, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in Prime Brokerage, Synthetic Prime Brokerage, Equity Finance, Equity Derivatives, or a related area, with a strong understanding of front-to-back trading workflows.
• Experience in product management, platform transformation, business analysis, front-office technology, electronic trading, or a similar role within financial services.
• Understanding of synthetic prime brokerage processes, including execution, financing, securities lending, inventory management, and post-trade operations.
• Ability to partner effectively with clients, sales teams, traders, and technology stakeholders to deliver commercially impactful solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial judgement, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance client needs, business priorities, and technology delivery.
