Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Execute and drive play a key hands-on role in supporting the division as we adopt, implement, and oversee effective and consistent data lifecycle governance and management practices.
- Coordinate and execute areas such as data quality management, data architecture, records management and AI governance.
- Drawing on your expertise, you will design and deliver best practice solutions to categorise, document, understand, manage and govern data throughout its lifecycle, in alignment with our Frameworks’ minimum requirements.
- Additionally build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the division, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and expanding your knowledge of business and operational processes across the enterprise.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 2 to 7 years experience in data management, records management or data quality, ideally within financial services.
- Ability to analyse data technically, develop and produce reports with meaningful insights, supported by excellent communication skills.
- Self-sufficient, taking accountability for end-to-end delivery, managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams, as well as provide leadership guidance and advice to the team.
- Experience in managing and delivering change initiatives.
