Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Execute and drive work with a team of communications and change professionals to support the delivery of internal communications and engagement strategies that enable successful transformation and change initiatives across People and Culture.
- Partner directly with subject matter experts to turn transformation priorities and operating model changes into clear, engaging and audience-focused communications.
- Execute and drive have the opportunity to create content across multiple channels and use insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ of experience in internal communications, transformation communications or a related field.
- Experience developing and delivering communication plans and creating content across channels including email, intranet and enterprise social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and produce clear, audience-focused content.
- Ability to use data, metrics and engagement insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
