As a key member of the team at Deloitte Australia in Remote – Australia, All Australia, you will play a central role in driving excellence, upholding top-tier Australian industry standards, and contributing directly to the strategic milestones of one of the nation’s premier employers.

Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

In this critical role, your operational duties and key performance responsibilities will encompass:

• Design structured: Design structured change management roadmaps, assess operational impacts, and drive end-user adoption during major systems transformations.
• Champion asynchronous: Champion asynchronous communication, inclusive meeting rituals, and psychological safety across distributed teams.
• Collaborate virtually: Collaborate virtually with department leaders, project sponsors, and external partners to achieve strategic goals.
• Ensure all: Ensure all initiatives comply with Australian employment legislation, privacy laws, and governance frameworks.
• Continuously evaluate: Continuously evaluate and improve people or project processes using employee feedback and data analytics.

Required Qualifications, Licenses & Experience

To be successful in this position at Deloitte Australia, candidates are expected to satisfy the following essential selection criteria:

• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Project Management or Equivalent Experience.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of verified industry experience in Australia or recognized overseas equivalence.
• Demonstrated professional capability in Change Management (Prosci) and Stakeholder Analysis.
• Proven track record in human resources, talent acquisition, project management, or operations within Australia.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and build rapport virtually.
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid Australian work rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Full Work Visa).

At Deloitte Australia, we understand that our people drive our achievements. An outstanding remuneration and wellbeing package is provided in line with Australian benchmarks:

• Competitive Remuneration: AU$139,000 – AU$164,000 per year + standard Australian Superannuation (11.5%).
• Competitive Australian remuneration ($139,000 – $164,000 AUD) + 11.5% superannuation.
• 100% Work From Home flexibility anywhere in Australia with a $1,500 home office allowance.
