Partner with executive engineering leaders on the T2D project to drive talent acquisition, leadership development, employee wellbeing, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic workforce planning for tunnel operations, surface civil works, and engineering disciplines.
• Drive diversity, equity, and First Nations employment initiatives across project operations.
• Coach managers on performance conversations, team engagement, and retention strategies.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary degree with substantial HR experience in construction or heavy industrial sectors.
