Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic project deliverables in alignment with technical excellence, project deadlines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior engineers, project directors, clients, and key stakeholders across Australia.
• Implement best-practice methodologies, modern frameworks, and continuous improvement processes.
• Mentor and guide emerging technical talent, fostering an inclusive culture of safety, innovation, and high performance.
• Ensure complete compliance with Australian safety regulations, enterprise standards, and client project charters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful projects in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Relevant industry certifications and practical expertise with modern tools, methodologies, and platforms.
