Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

• Reporting to the Head of Global Wealth Marketing, you will help define the strategy, roadmap, and success measures for a global wealth education program, building the function from the ground up.
• Execute and drive develop a library of engaging educational content, including videos, presentations, articles, e-learning modules, training materials, and advisor playbooks tailored to different levels of knowledge and firm-specific needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to investment, product marketing, thought leadership, legal, risk, and compliance teams, you will translate complex investment concepts into clear educational materials that support advisor adoption, client conversations, and capital-raising objectives.
• Oversee and administer the education platform, content calendar, user experience, and engagement reporting, while supporting webinars, workshops, conferences, roadshows, and other educational programs.
• As the function grows, you will contribute to its business case, budget, and operating structure, and hire and lead an initial direct report to help scale the program globally.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in wealth or advisor education, practice management, sales enablement, product marketing, or investment content within an asset management or wealth management organization.
• Knowledge of the global Wealth channel, including advisor needs, platform due diligence processes, and how advisors learn about and adopt new investment products.
• Knowledge of alternative investments, particularly infrastructure private funds, including fund structures, illiquidity premiums, and return profiles.
• Experience with real assets or private credit would be beneficial.
• Experience designing curricula, learning paths, or training programs for adult or professional audiences, ideally within financial services.
• Excellent communication and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, practical, and engaging educational materials for different audiences.
