Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Up to 10 years experience in a Product role within a technical environment, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.
- Technical understanding, with the ability to define product roadmaps, shape engineering priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes without being a hands-on developer.
- Experience using data and insights to assess product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support product adoption and awareness.
- Ability to contribute to governance, risk management, and control processes while supporting stakeholder decision-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels in a complex and continually evolving environment.
