Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Partner directly with business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and content teams to define and deliver digital solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Lead and steer discovery activities, gather and document requirements, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives across digital platforms, including website transformation, search and discovery solutions, automation, personalisation, accessibility improvements, and employee experience enhancements.
- Deliver professional 12-month contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital, web, customer experience, content, or platform-focused initiatives.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise content management platforms.
- Stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams.
- Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria within agile delivery environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on delivering business outcomes through practical, user-centred solutions.
