Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

  • This newly created role is a unique opportunity to build on your administrative expertise.
  • Execute and drive support three Directors and their teams, taking on increased responsibility and developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Working alongside a team of experienced Executive Assistants, you will act as a key contact for your business areas.
  • Deliver professional chance to learn from senior peers while taking ownership of crucial support functions.
  • Typical responsibilities will include proactively managing diaries and coordinating meetings for three Directors, organizing the logistics for team events, training sessions, and client meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new and departing team members during onboarding and offboarding, in addition to acting as a central resource and point of contact for the wider team.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Team Assistant or similar administrative support role.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, including some diary management and event coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding support and helping others succeed.
