The Risk Management Group provides an independent, objective oversight function that advises business units on managing credit, market, regulatory, and operational risks across global transactions. Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Lead and steer enterprise-wide oversight of Technology, Cyber and Information Security risk, developing a consolidated view of risk exposures, emerging threats and control weaknesses across the organisation.
- Execute and drive review and challenge how risks are identified, managed and reported, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk appetite, policies and minimum control standards.
- The role will involve analysing risk information, identifying trends and themes, and providing clear insights to senior leaders and governance forums.
- Actively advance and support enterprise risk reporting, support the continuous improvement of risk frameworks and policies, and provide expert guidance to help strengthen non-financial risk management practices across the business.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Technology, Cyber and Information Security risk, Operational Risk Management, or a related risk discipline, with experience working in or partnering with enterprise risk functions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex risk information, incidents, metrics and assurance outcomes into clear and actionable insights.
- Experience developing and applying enterprise-wide risk frameworks, reporting approaches and risk measures, including identifying risk themes and trends across multiple business areas.
- Ability to influence, engage and constructively challenge senior stakeholders while building strong working relationships across teams and levels of the organisation.
- Experience supporting executive, board or regulatory reporting, with knowledge of enterprise policy, framework and standards development.
- Experience across other non-financial risk areas such as supplier, data or operational resilience risk is advantageous.
