Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- This role is responsible for leading the strategy, design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Fusion reporting solutions across the organization.
- The position drives the delivery of standardized, scalable, and high-performance reporting capabilities using tools such as OTBI, BIP, SmartView, Narrative Reporting/EPRCS, and EDMCS.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, the role partners with Finance, Regulatory, Tax, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and governance standards.
- Additionally, the role focuses on continuous improvement through automation, optimization of reporting processes, adoption of emerging capabilities such as AI-enabled reporting, and development of a high-performing team to support enterprise reporting objectives.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 10+ years hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, SmartView, Narrative Reporting/EPRCS, and EDMCS.
- Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise reporting solutions across Fusion platforms.
- Deep understanding of reporting tool capabilities, limitations, and optimal use cases to drive effective solution design.
- Knowledge of financial, management, statutory, and regulatory reporting processes within Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Expertise in designing scalable, standardized, and reusable reporting frameworks and templates.
- Ability to optimize reporting performance, improve efficiency, and reduce manual/spreadsheet-based processes.
- Leadership in delivering large-scale Finance transformation and ERP reporting initiatives across global organizations.
- Stakeholder management skills with a focus on governance, automation, AI-enabled reporting, and continuous improvement.
