Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Support the delivery of events of all sizes across in person, hybrid and virtual formats, using Cvent or similar event management platforms and Zoom.
- Interface strategically with senior team members to help shape and deliver event projects, while coordinating key activities including venue research, pre event planning, budget management, transportation logistics, and invoice processing.
- Actively advance and support post event reporting to help measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.
- Salary range for this position: $70,000-$80,000/Year.
- Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
- You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ of experience in event marketing or a similar role; experience in financial services or a corporate environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications, or previous experience in a similar event management role (minimum 3 years), with flexibility to work outside standard business hours, support weekend events and travel within the US when required.
- Organization, time management and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage high workloads, competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach, a willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities, and the ability to think on your feet, solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using Cvent or a similar event management platform, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
