Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and design AI-powered solutions that address their needs.
- Execute and drive build, configure, and deploy AI agents, skills, and automation solutions using low-code and no-code tools, taking ownership from initial concept through to adoption and ongoing value delivery.
- Execute and drive collaborate across business and technology teams to drive alignment on solutions, support organisational change, and promote best practice for the responsible use of AI.
- Additionally play an important role in mentoring colleagues, influencing stakeholders, and helping shape how AI capabilities evolve across the organisation.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years' experience in product management, business analysis, applied technology, AI enablement, or related roles within fast-paced delivery environments.
- Experience building, configuring, and deploying AI-powered solutions, agents, automation tools, or digital products using low-code and no-code platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, measurable AI and technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive outcomes across business and technology teams.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with experience supporting solution adoption, user engagement, testing, and change initiatives, alongside a strong understanding of governance and risk requirements within a regulated environment.
