Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Apply accounting expertise to review sub-system postings, reconcile balances, resolve breaks, and ensure accurate and complete ledger data for reporting, tax, and month-end close.
- Execute and drive support key processes such as transfer pricing, balance sheet reconciliations, accounting judgments, and P&L/balance sheet variance analysis, while engaging with stakeholders and meeting tight close timelines.
- Actively advance and support system and process improvements, including a new subledger implementation, support audits and internal teams, and advise on accounting impacts for new products and business initiatives.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting with 1–5 years of relevant experience (CPA/CA preferred).
- Experience with general ledger accounting, including posting journal entries and reconciliations.
- Understanding of accounting standards (IFRS preferred) and financial reporting processes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across global teams.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and take on increasing responsibility.
