Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Deliver high-impact proactive, high level support to a senior leader by ensuring they are consistently well prepared, informed, and equipped to operate effectively in a fast moving environment.
- Execute and drive be responsible primarily for complex calendar management, expense and invoice processing via Coupa, and heavy travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a director within Asset Management.
- Additionally have the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative lead supporting executives or senior managers.
- Ability to think proactively, manage competing deadlines, and solve problems independently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer focused approach.
- Experience with Concur, Coupa, Salesforce, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
