Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

  • As Director of Product for Content and Communications, you will lead the strategy and transformation of this ecosystem.
  • Execute and drive treat content, correspondence and customer communications as data: establishing governance that works for complex, unstructured information while building the pipelines that make it accessible to AI agents, customer knowledge services and automated communications.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience governing content, communications or unstructured data in a regulated or similarly complex environment.
  • Technical and systems thinking, with the ability to shape data pipelines, platform architecture and practical AI applications rather than only sponsor them.
  • Experience simplifying fragmented technology estates and defining strategies for enterprise content-management, knowledge or customer-communications platforms, including the Adobe ecosystem.
  • A record of leading complex strategic initiatives independently and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business, technology and risk.
  • Sound commercial judgement and product leadership experience, with the ability to connect platform investment and governance decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes.
