Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Spearhead supporting the growth of our Private Bank business by leading the delivery of strategic change initiatives across advice technology, processes and ways of working.
- Partner directly with clients, bankers, advice teams, technology partners and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement, implement new technology solutions, and ensure successful adoption of change.
- Execute and drive combine business analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication and training, you will help create more efficient and effective experiences for both clients and employees.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years proven experience delivering change management activities, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, organisational readiness planning and adoption strategies.
- Success supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives involving process and technology change, ideally within financial advice or financial services environments.
- Stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience improving client and employee experiences through the enhancement or implementation of technology platforms, including customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex environments while focusing on business and client outcomes.
