In this role, the successful candidate will work alongside seasoned industry professionals to optimize mission-critical processes, manage risk effectively, and deliver commercially impactful solutions across key markets.
Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Lead and steer ing diligence conversations and efforts with internal teams, counterparties and external experts.
- Presenting in meetings including investment committee discussions.
- Gathering data from differentiated data sources to support investment theses with an evidence-based approach.
- Preparing critical analysis including robust financial models, quality of earnings analysis, and KPI analysis.
- Distilling information into succinct investment committee memos / external presentations.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in full-service M&A, capital markets and/or investing.
- Analytical and technical aptitude, with extensive exposure to business analysis/research and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
