Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Support day-to-day new client onboarding co-ordination activities aligned to EDT, including managing initial kick-off requirement and business case justification, legal documentation pipelines, and coordinating KYC/AML delivery artefacts across internal stakeholders, including Trading and Sales, Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams, and external clients.
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to drive timely execution, resolve issues and ensure deliverables are progressed through to completion.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing and delivering quality outcomes.
- Understanding of, and experience with, equity markets and products, particularly equity finance products such as equity swaps and securities finance transactions (stock loan and repo).
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of the entire equity lifecycle, including front to back operations, legal documentation (ISDAs, GMSLAs, GMRAs), funding, margining, and collateral requirements.
- Familiarity with AML / KYC and regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Experience managing onboarding, documentation or business delivery pipelines.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across business functions and with external clients.
- Organisational and project management skills, complemented by an analytical mindset and the ability to rapidly assimilate new products and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capability to build collaborative relationships, influence peers, and effectively engage with stakeholders.
