Opportunity Overview & Quick Facts
Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope
- Sitting on the trading floor, you will provide operational support to the Equity Trading and Derivatives business who trade a wide range of listed and unlisted equity-based products across Australia, Asia, EMEA and the US.
- In collaboration with our Sales, Trading, Business Managers and Technology teams, you will act as the central lead and coordinator for the end-to-end resolution of client issues and address various client-related matters.
- Execute and drive drive cross-functional engagement across stakeholders to identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Uphold and ensure prompt and appropriate escalation of issues that impact clients, oversee post-trade allocation and trade exceptions for Synthetic clients, You will work closely with Sales, Trading, Technology and Product teams to identify client needs, drive product and platform enhancements, and support the delivery of new capabilities that improve client experience and business outcomes.
- In addition, you will participate in global and local projects/initiatives aimed at continuously improving and enhancing client experience, achieving efficiency and mitigating operational risk.
Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in prime brokerage or synthetic products middle office roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with seasoned stakeholder presentation skills.
- Client facing/front office expertise is an advantage.
