Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

  • Support top-day clearing activities across U.S.
  • And European futures markets, ensuring accurate and timely trade processing.
  • Execute and drive monitor and resolve clearing exceptions, partnering closely with client solutions and reconciliations teams to maintain integrity of books and records.
  • The position involves collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality service model.
  • Actively advance and support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across clearing workflows.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

  • Experience with futures clearing systems (e.g., ICE FEC, ECS, FEC+, LISA) and strong understanding of clearing processes.
  • Background in Futures Operations, including trade lifecycle management and end-to-end processing (testing experience preferred).
  • Risk management mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements through problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
